Wetlands Program
At Providence, we strive to assist in the growth of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through our wetlands program, our growers are able to contribute to our community through environmental restoration projects, including the rebuilding of Poplar Island in the Chesapeake Bay.
Providence has worked with a number of prestigious organizations and companies to meet their larger-scale growing needs, including the Army Corps of Engineers, Dominion Energy, Anne Arundel County Community College, Maryland Department of Natural Resources, and Maryland Therapeutic Riding.

We welcome you to visit our greenhouses, located at our Jean Bradbury Building at 370 Shore Acres Road in Arnold, Maryland. Our wetlands program promotes not only the growth of our individuals, but also the growth of the environment.
